Practical windbreak for the outdoor use of the "Twiny Cheese"-raclette melters.

The windbreak provides a higher thermal performance of the melters.

The measured temperature on the raclette pans is up to 100°C higher than without windbreak.

To ensure a sufficient oxygen supply, the windbreak is perforated at suitable positions.

For safety reasons, the windbreak should only be used outdoors in windy conditions.
