Raclette knife with a specially made blade for the perfect raclette: a smooth, polished side for scraping off the melted cheese and a serrated side to cut off the remaining crust (the so-called "religieuse"). The blade is made of stainless steel, the handle is made of palisander. The knife is delivered in a wooden box made of Swiss red beech with a sliding lid.

This raclette knife is an accessory for all classic TTM raclette equipment.
